Needed to go out of our way to recognize Doug for the amazing service from Water Heater Express. He was extremely polite, informed, and efficient. He noticed our infant in the house & told us that he would make sure we were at the top of the list to get the replacement done to make sure our little guy doesn’t go without hot water. He not only delivered that promise, but he also thoroughly explained all of the details of the new water heater stating that he has the exact one at home. He’s great, can’t say enough good things. I had a water heater pilot light that would not stay lit. Cold showers suck! Water Heater Express made time the same day to stop by and diagnose the issue. They had a new pilot assembly on the truck and it was installed within minutes. Fair price for the service and great information shared. Will absolutely use them again for all water heater needs.

The same day that I called Doug was here to look at my water heater. He informed me that my heater was still under warranty and he would look into how much it would cost to replace it. Replacement could have been within 2 days but I had plans. It's replaced now, within 5 days because of my own schedule. I'm happy with the service I received. I wish that things were built to last but that's not reality.
